Geographic Restrictions
bdee99 primarily serves players in Bangladesh. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk and legal responsibility. bdee99 does not warrant that the services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of bdee99 is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Clause 2.1
Accepted Payment Methods
bdee99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ). Clause 2.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to verified bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1โ3 business days depending on the receiving institution. bdee99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to fund the account, or to a verified account holder's personal bank account.
Clause 2.3
Player Funds & Third-Party Payments
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to and are operated by the registered account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your bdee99 account, is strictly prohibited. bdee99 reserves the right to return deposits to their source and close any account where third-party funding is detected.
Clause 2.4
Currency & Exchange
All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on bdee99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ). bdee99 does not charge currency conversion fees on taka transactions. Where a payment provider applies their own conversion or service charges, those charges are outside bdee99's control and are the responsibility of the player.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
bdee99 offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, and deposit match offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms that specify wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. The following general principles apply to all bdee99 promotions:
One bonus per player: Each registered player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and live casino games may contribute at different rates. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
Expiry: Bonus credits and associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the stated bonus validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.
Withdrawal restrictions: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds โ after meeting the applicable wagering requirement โ are eligible for withdrawal, subject to a maximum withdrawal cap where stated.
Modification or withdrawal: bdee99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that obligations already incurred by players under an active bonus are honoured.

4. Sports Betting Rules
Clause 4.1
Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on bdee99 are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the account balance. bdee99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet without providing a reason, including bets that exceed displayed maximum stake limits.
Clause 4.2
Odds & Errors
bdee99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds are displayed correctly. In the event of a manifest error โ including palpable odds errors where the displayed price is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error โ bdee99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, even after settlement. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their bets voided and may face account restriction.
Clause 4.3
Event Cancellation & Postponement
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. In-play bets already settled at the time of abandonment will stand unless otherwise specified in the rules for that specific sport.
Clause 4.4
Cricket-Specific Rules
For cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures: a minimum number of overs must be bowled for a match to be considered valid for betting purposes. These minimum over requirements vary by match format (T20, ODI, Test) and are displayed on the relevant market page. Where the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied to determine a match result, bdee99 will settle bets according to the official DLS result as declared by the relevant governing body.
5. Account Closure & Termination
Either party may close or terminate a bdee99 account. The following conditions apply:
Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your bdee99 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 3โ5 business days, provided that all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been satisfied or the bonus funds have been forfeited.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. bdee99-initiated closure: bdee99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent activity is detected or suspected; (c) the player's age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified; (d) the account has been used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity; or (e) required by applicable law or regulation.
Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. bdee99 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of เงณ200 per month to dormant account balances after giving 30 days' written notice via the registered email address.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clause 6.1
Service Availability
bdee99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party payment provider disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. bdee99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance.
Clause 6.2
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdee99's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement โ whether in contract, tort, or otherwise โ shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdee99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.
Clause 6.3
Player Betting Decisions
All betting and gaming decisions made by the player are made voluntarily and at the player's sole risk. bdee99 does not provide betting tips, predictions, or financial advice. Any statistical data, live scores, or informational content displayed on the platform is provided for convenience only and does not constitute a recommendation to place any particular bet. Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and outcomes.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by players to bdee99 is governed by the bdee99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. 9. Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a player and bdee99, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication with the bdee99 support team in the first instance. Players must submit any formal complaint in writing via the registered support email address within 30 days of the disputed event occurring.
bdee99 is committed to fair dispute resolution. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent arbitration process. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Players retain the right to pursue remedies available under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction, and nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit those rights where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
